The room was impeccably clean and had a balcony and netflix as pictured in advertising. The staffs were helpful & affable. The position was great and favourable, bars and restaurants are next door to the hotel. Lucky that it was just a short walk away from Lang Khanh Restaurant, offering food to go.

exceptionally comfortable and absolutely gorgeous rooms, nice interior. a good choice of facilities such as: a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioner.

Exceptional hospitality, great location for sightseeing, clean and nice rooms, lovely family business, beautiful backyard and front yard, neat pool.

Great and particularly good position, I truly enjoyed staying in this place.

All the rooms were exceptionally clean and gorgeous with a lovely bathroom, had a QUIET atmosphere.

The staff here are so nice and helpful, plus they offer a free breakfast! 🌞 You can even get help from the concierge. the pool is awesome, and there's parking available right here. It's cool that this place is right in the middle of everything. All in all, a great spot to stay!

The location here is fantastic, right next to restaurants and bars, and the room is spotless with a beautiful bathroom plus access to Netflix.

I had an amazing experience during my New Year's stay here. the owner and his family treated me like royalty and made me feel right at home. the room was spacious and well-maintained, offering great comfort. the hotel's location was perfect, tucked away from the noisy main road but still close to shops, cafes, and other amenities. This made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding area.

I would have loved to spend more time here, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the hospitality of the owner and his family. It's a shame that I had to leave so soon.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious room, good AC, and comfortable bed. The location was great, with easy access to attractions and bike rentals available. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary and even provided free motorbikes for exploration.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with warmer coffee or more variety.

I was treated like a king, excellent stay, close to the main road, tucked away from noise, special egg banh Mi, well-sized double room.

We stayed at a cozy homestay that was located in a nice area, surrounded by local shops and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a spotless bathtub in the room - a nice added touch. the family who ran the homestay were welcoming and helpful, offering daily cleaning and a good breakfast selection. the property had a neat backyard and pool, and offered convenient services like scooter rentals and laundry facilities.

The property did not have enough bicycles to accommodate all guests, which could be disappointing for those hoping to explore the area on two wheels.

First of all, the location is perfect - close to everything in the centre of Tam Coc, yet tucked away in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel like a king. Despite its flaws, we did have a nice romantic escape here. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location was reasonably central, with a bustling city nearby. We appreciated the option to rent bicycles for a low fee, and the refreshing pool was a nice bonus.

The overall stay was marred by issues. The bicycles were often unavailable, and we had to pay more to rent from elsewhere.

loved our stay at asahi villa tam coc, the best in ninh binh. felt like part of the family, exceptional service. clean, jpn style, central location, pool. duc's father drove us around in a luxury car. would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and made us feel like family. They provided free bicycles and scooter rentals, so exploring this city was easy and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the pool was perfect for taking a refreshing dip. Our room was spotless, and breakfast was included every morning. We also appreciated the convenient location close to all the main attractions.
